We hope you find in it a first and pleasant approach to the country that will soon offer you the warmest welcome. At the same time, this publication attempts to remark the aspects that we all share as INTOSAI members. Under a propositive focus there will always be the chance of finding more elements of union than those of distance.

We congratulate us for the soon arrival in Mexico of you all, which will without any doubt continue tracing the route of the dialogue and shared effort, in order to reach new goals in advantage of our societies.

With that spirit, we invite you to enter in Mexico’s routes. Our days will be left behind, but there will always remain our work and the work of all those who have built, build and will keep building better societies through the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
